The Status and Role of Women team of the Susquehanna Conference is committed to advocating for gender equity and affirming the full participation and leadership of women in every aspect of the life of the Church. Rooted in the United Methodist Church’s call to equality, justice, and inclusion, this emerging group seeks to identify and address barriers facing women in ministry and in the Church, while promoting awareness, advocacy, and support.
