Charge Conferences are more than an administrative requirement; they are a vital opportunity for churches to connect with the wider United Methodist Church, reflect on ministry impact, affirm faithful leadership, celebrate God's work, and prayerfully prepare for the year ahead.

Preparing for a Charge Conference
Preparing for a Charge Conference begins well before the meeting itself. Completing required forms, reviewing ministry impact, and gathering the necessary information helps ensure a meaningful and productive conversation. Pastors are responsible fro ensuring all reports are completed accurately and submitted on time.

All online fillable forms must be submitted to the District Office two week prior to your scheduled Church Conference. Start early, use the provided checklist to track deadlines, and reach out to the District Office with any questions.
