Grace UMC Hummelstown is seeking a part-time Director of Youth Ministry (20–25 hours/week) to nurture and grow young disciples of Christ through relational ministry with students in grades 7–12. This role will lead youth programming, faith formation opportunities, retreats, service experiences, and volunteer engagement while fostering a welcoming community where young people can grow in faith and belonging. The ideal candidate will be a spiritual role model with experience in youth ministry, strong relational skills, and a passion for helping young people discover and deepen their relationship with Christ. Position has potential to expand to full-time in the future.
