Campus Ministries

Protestant Campus Ministry at Bloomsburg University

The Protestant Campus Ministry’s (PCM) mission is to provide a Christian witness on the Bloomsburg University campus through providing quality worship, education, service, fellowship and programming. PCM offers and supports various cultural, educational, and religious activities that call students, faculty, and staff to seek the manifest love of Christ, that challenge them to a deeper level of spiritual growth and wholeness. PCM offers leadership opportunities in all aspects of its ministry and considers these opportunities to be an integral part of its work and mission.

Such development helps raise up a new generation of leaders within the church and helps students discern their calling as leaders in worship, education, fellowship, and service.

Groups that sponsor PCM include:

  • The United Methodist Church
  • The Evangelical Lutheran Church (ELCA)
  • The Presbyterian Church (USA)
  • Local Churches
  • Parents of University Students
  • Bloomsburg Alumni

Wesley Foundation, Penn State University

Our mission is to offer Jesus Christ to the Penn State community, train and equip disciples and serve in mission.

Our hope and prayer it to live out our faith in the Penn State community in a variety of ways so everyone feels welcome.

We offer a variety of student-led Bible studies each semester. Our coffeehouse provides a way for people to come and relax and the best part is everything is FREE at the Abba Java Coffeehouse. FREE lunches are served every Sunday at NOON in the coffeehouse. So come worship at St. Paul's UMC and join us for lunch.

Serving in mission is one of the greatest ways to share our faith. We have worked with the Choctaw in Mississippi, hurricane relief in Florida and Mississippi, and even through several cities in the Czech Republic.
