The Susquehanna Conference provides domestic VIM Teams with travel insurance at no cost. To ensure coverage, a VIM Team Roster must be submitted before your Mission Journey. Teams are expected to follow the Leading Practices and Core Values of Volunteers in Mission (link to VIM landing page).

We contract with AIG through the Northeastern Jurisdiction UMVIM to provide a medical and accident policy with $50,000 coverage for domestic teams. Click Here for more information on the policy.

Note: ALL VIM Teams should carry travel insurance. This insurance supplements (but does not replace) each participant’s personal insurance.

For international Mission Journeys, we strongly encourage teams to purchase UMVIM Jurisdictional Insurance, available at a low cost. Applications must be submitted at least 3 weeks before departure to ensure coverage.
