Staying UMC and need to transfer your membership?
Transfer of Membership to Susquehanna Conference
If the church where you hold membership is disaffiliating, and you would like to remain United Methodist but haven't found a new place to call home, we invite you to move your membership to The Susquehanna Conference of The United Methodist Church. This is a place to hold your membership in the meantime. Once you complete the form, the conference will receive your church membership and notify your current church.
