BISHOPS ANNOUNCE NEW SUPERVISION MODEL
As your Bishops, in collaboration and partnership with the Cabinet and Conference Leadership, we are following God’s desire for new ways of doing our ministry of supervision. We are experiencing some natural transitions in our congregations and our conference, allowing all of us to dream of new ways of doing our ministry of supervision. 2023 AC REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN
We anticipate the sessions being entirely in-person for clergy and lay members.
Registration is now open and will close on April 14.
Registration needs to be within this time-frame. If you miss the registration deadline, you will be able to attend as a guest to the Session of Annual Conference, but you will have no voice and no vote.This is the registration for both the Special Session and Regular Session.
There is not a registration fee this year! Registration will be offered exclusively online.
Reserving your lodging is the responsibility for each registrant.

YOUTH SERVICE FUND: SILENT AUCTION BASKET DONATIONS NEEDED
The Youth Service Fund (YSF) supports youth and youth ministries in their endeavors to live and grow as faithful disciples of Jesus Christ. The primary fundraiser for this fund is the Young People’s Ministry Council’s annual silent auction. YPMC is collecting donations of items for the auctions, such as themed gift baskets, handcrafted items, and gift certificates.Basket donations may be brought to the conference office from May 8-12 or to the YSF Booth at the Community Arts Center on Wednesday, May 17. RETIRED MINISTERS’ FELLOWSHIP MEETING
The Retired Ministers’ Fellowship of the Susquehanna Conference will meet on Thursday, April 20 at Otterbein UMC, 647 Forge Road, Carlisle, Pa.
Coffee fellowship is at 9:30 am and devotions, program and business meeting
are at 10 am. Lunch is at 12-12:15 pm. A speaker from the Office of Aging in Carlisle will talk about services for senior citizens.
