The Camp & Retreat Ministry has an exciting and meaningful opportunity for a Center Director at Wesley Forest Camp & Retreat Center located in Weikert, PA. Wesley Forest camp and retreat center encompasses 440 acres of pristine woodland, a small lake, and beautiful streams.

PASTORAL TRANSITION WORKSHOPS
The Susquehanna Conference Board of Pensions and Health Benefits is offering two workshops focusing on pastoral transition.
- Clergy Spouse Transition Online Workshop – Clergy spouses are invited to join Julie Anderman, workshop facilitator and executive director of Artos Retreats, for a small group workshop April 15 (9 – 11 a.m.) through Zoom. This workshop is aimed at clergy spouses anticipating pastoral transition and is limited to eight participants. The cost is $25. Participants will discover how to lean into key transition phases and learn tips and strategies relevant to their role.
See flyer or register by April 4. - “Relating with Clergy Spouses” – Workshop for S/PPRC: Scheduled for May 6 (9:30 – 11:30am), participants during this free workshop will learn five key points to help teams lead and prepare for next steps in ministry during transition. STRESS MANAGEMENT & TRAUMA LEADERSHIP TRAINING
Waterworks Ministries and the Susquehanna Conference Mental Health Task Force are sponsoring a leadership training led by Susan Stewart, MDiv, LMFT, a licensed marriage and family therapist; on April 20 (9 am – 4 pm) at Mt. Asbury Camp & Retreat Center.
CEUs are available.
How we work through stressful situations and trauma demonstrate our resilience and discernment. The workshop will help leaders (clergy and lay) identify internal and external factors of stress, learn about compassion fatigue and trauma, and receive practical tools and coping skills to navigate this continued difficult time.
