Tuesdays, August 18-September 22 - UMC Election Observers Program
This six-week online training from the General Board of Church and Society equips United Methodists to serve as Election Observers during the 2026 midterm elections. Participants will explore the history and theology of voting, the role and responsibilities of election observers, and the process for becoming an official observer in their state through local election authorities.
Thursdays | Sept. 3, Oct. 1, Nov. 5, Dec. 3 - Certified Advocate Development Program
This three-course training (+ orientation) is designed to equip United Methodists to engage in faith-based legislative and policy advocacy in the public square. It consists of self-paced, on-demand course content release ahead of each monthly live session, paired with live trainings focused on reflection, discussion, and application.
