Visitation will be from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 23, 2019 at Moscow United Methodist Church, 126 Church St, Moscow, PA 18444-8639, followed by a funeral service at 1 p.m. Interment will be on Monday, March 25, 2019 at 1 p.m. at Vestal Hills Memorial Park, Vestal, NY 13850.
