Rev. Dr. Richard A. Hughes, Retired Elder, died Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at home. Among his survivors are his wife, Diane S. Hughes and daughter, Rev. Heather A. Wurst. Visitation will be Friday, April 5, 2024 from 10 am till 12 noon at Clarke Chapel, Lycoming College Campus, 700 Warrior Way, Williamsport PA 17701, followed by the funeral service at 12 noon.
