Mrs. Hazel A. Irwin, widow of Rev. Thomas H. Irwin, Jr., died Saturday, January 6, 2024 at UPMC Altoona, 620 Howard St, Altoona PA 16601. Visitation will be Saturday, January 13, 2024 from 11 am to 12 pm at Madera United Methodist Church, 96 Spruce St, Madera PA 16661-9115, followed by the memorial service at 12 pm.
