The Annual Conference has hired a Leadership Development Coordinator for this newly created position. The Coordinator of Leadership Development is responsible for coordinating leadership development of clergy and laity across the Annual Conference while supporting the ministry areas of YPMC, Campus Ministry, Lay Servant Ministry, and Grow- Equip ministry.
We are excited to introduce Alyson McCabe as the new Leadership Development Coordinator.
With over 8 years of experience in the Banking industry, Alyson began her journey as a Universal Banker, where she was able to develop her skills in customer service and financial operations. For the past 4 ½ years, she has served as a Training & Development Specialist and Coordinator at CNB Bank, dedicated to ensuring comprehensive training and career development to their employees. Her role involved equipping their team with the necessary skills to excel in their roles and deliver exceptional service.
Alyson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Outside of work, she married to TJ, a Pastor in the Altoona area, and they are blessed with two wonderful children: JP (6), and Becca (4).
