Ministry asks a lot of us. On Wednesday, November 11, serving pastoral leaders from across the Susquehanna Conference are invited to step away from the regular rhythms of ministry and spend a day in worship, reflection, conversation, fellowship, and renewal with Bishop Héctor A. Burgos-Núñez.
This Clergy Day Apart is an opportunity to pause, breathe, and reconnect with God and one another - so that we can return to our ministries renewed and ready to Love Boldly!
A Day to Be Present
Together, we will worship, hear from Bishop Burgos-Núñez, share a meal, and spend time learning and reflecting with Rev. Kris Sledge. The day is designed not simply as another professional development event, but as sacred time set apart for those who spend so much of their lives caring for others.
Come as you are. Set aside the emails, meetings, decisions, and demands of minsitry for a few hours. Make space for God, for your colleagues, and for yourself.
Who Should Attend?
All serving pastoral leaders are invited.
Whether you are serving a large congregation, a small church, a multi-point charge, a new appointment, or a ministry setting beyond the local church, this day is for you.
