Shiremanstown United Methodist Church is seeking a part-time Children & Youth Director (15–20 hours/week) to lead and grow ministries with children, youth, and families. This role focuses on spiritual formation, outreach, discipleship, and community engagement through worship, activities, and relationship-building inside and outside the church.
