WATOTO CHILDREN'S CHOIR COMING TO WARRIORS MARK UMC
 
On Thursday, September 27 at 7 p.m., the Watoto Children's Choir from Uganda will be coming to Warriors Mark UMC, 1840 Centre Line Rd., Warriors Mark, PA. The choir will perform a concert of their new album, "We Will Go".  Come and enjoy these talented young performers! A free will offering will be received.

Camp Penn, Susquehanna Conference UMC, is located in the South Central PA woodlands. We seek a person with gifts, experience, and passion to guide a team that inspires people to grow as Christian disciples who live & lead with love that actively embodies care for others & the good of the world. Camp Penn hosts other nonprofits and religiously affiliated groups who, also, transform lives and better society. Strong candidates bring nonprofit management skills to effectively develop staff and volunteers, programs, facilities, finances, donor relations, etc. You will join a team with a strong shared vision and mutual support for expanding the reach and impact of 5 camp and retreat centers that are part of a unified ministry. The Camp Penn Director will be integral to this team spirit which extends even further among colleagues leading more than 800 UM congregations and extension ministries in the region. Certification in camp and retreat ministry is desirable - not required. Experienced candidates good at relationship building with a heart for hospitality and service are encouraged to apply. Camp Hill UMC is actively seeking a part time treasurer. The position is responsible for payables, payroll and monthly/yearly reports. ACCOMPANIST NEEDED - CENTENARY UMC
 
We are a small church with one worship service at 1010 Orchard Drive Harrisburg. Our congregation desires a mix of contemporary worship songs (keyboard) and traditional hymns (organ). Accompanist need to play 10:15 a.m. - 11:15 a.m. on Sunday as well as Christmas Eve and Good Friday. Participation with our choir is optional.

"YOUNG VOICES IN SONG" CHOIR DIRECTOR POSITION
 
New Bloomfield United Methodist Church is seeking an enthusiastic director for a new Elementary Chorus: "Young Voices in Song."
 
This program will meet on Wednesday afternoons from 3:30 - 4:30 p.m., beginning in October. The position is intended to work in conjunction with a church committee to create an educational/social opportunity for community children. The music may be either secular or sacred, covering a range of genres. All singers, regardless of skill or experience, will be welcome. Two performances each year would provide the students with appropriate goals and affirmation.
 
A stipend will be provided.
