DEADLINE FOR HEALTH MINISTRIES GRANT APPLICATIONS IS SEPTEMBER 1, 2018

Is your church planning health-related activities in 2019?

The Mission and Outreach Team has funds to assist with new health-related programs and with existing programs that demonstrate success. Preference will be given to projects that fulfill our mission of making disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.  Innovative programs that meet real community needs in connection with other local ministries and other local churches will be given high priority. Grants may be given for parish nurse related programs, including initial training for parish nurses and/or health ministries, for purchase of blood pressure apparatus and first aid kits, for printed material needed to begin a program, for expenses for a health fair, and toward the purchase of an AED and CPR/AED training up to designated amounts.

View application and policy. The deadline for 2019 funds is September 1, 2018.
