WORKER'S COMPENSATION TRUST -  EMPLOYEE INFORMATION NEEDED

All Susquehanna Conference employees (including local church employees) are covered for work injuries by the United Methodist Workers Compensation Trust. This program has been a great benefit for both our employees and the Conference as a whole. Our employees benefit from excellent coverage and the Conference benefits, not only by such coverage for all employees, but by about a 40% rate reduction over other workers compensation insurance options.

In order to provide this coverage we need to submit information pertaining to our employees on an annual basis. We have been collecting payroll information as part of the annual statistical report but I have just been notified that we also need the number of employees by category. Please provide this information by Friday, April 20 via this online form.
