REGISTRATION FOR THE 2018 BISHOP'S RETREAT

HAVE YOU REGISTERED FOR THE BISHOP'S RETREAT 2018?

The Bishop's Retreat is wonderful time of fellowship, renewal and learning.  Set at Hershey Lodge, all who attend will find it a restful and invigorating experience.

The pre-conference session begins at 1:00 pm. Monday, January 15 and will be led by Pastor Barbara Miner.

Pastor Miner is a Local Pastor and Director of Worship at Floris UMC.  She will engage participants in tactical ideas that result in improved worship attendance, as well as creative worship ideas.

The Retreat Sessions will be led by Rev. Tom Berlin, Senior Pastor of Floris UMC.  Tom is in demand as a speaker throughout the denomination.  The sessions that Tom will lead along with Barbara Miner include the power of vision, and moving from goal setting to implementation of ministry; stewardship and how to motivate your church members; and your congregation to grow in their discipleship as they become more generous with their time, talent and money.

The Retreat will also feature great speakers that will help you equip your congregation for even more faithful ministry, time for worship, and time for rest and retreat.

Bishop Park has encouraged every Pastor Parish Committee to provide financial support for our pastors and/or their families to attend.

The granting of CEU's will include .3 for the pre-conference session and 1.0 for the retreat.

Hershey will honor the special room rate for those who wish to come early and stay Sunday evening.
Contact Hershey Lodge at (844)-330-1802 for reservations for Sunday night or Wednesday night after the event.

Registrations can be made HERE.

Registration closes at midnight, November 30, 2017.
