CHRISTIAN EDUCATION COORDINATOR POSITION OPEN AT BAUGHMAN MEMORIAL UMC, NEW CUMBERLAND
Baughman Memorial UMC, 228 Bridge Street, New Cumberland, is hiring a Christian Education Coordinator whose mission will be to plan, staff, and oversee our children and youth Sunday school, Wednesday evening education, child care, and all things relating to children and youth.
- Secure interns and volunteers
- Manage children / youth staff
- Plan program / lessons / crafts
- Enlist volunteers into Safe Sanctuaries Training.
The ideal candidate would:
- Have a heart for Christ and children
- A college degree is preferred
- Have the ability to multi-task
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Superior organizational skills
The position will require 15 hours a week. The Christian Education Coordinator will be present on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings.
