SUSQUEHANNA CONFERENCE UNITED METHODIST WOMEN'S RETREAT

March 24-25, 2017
Best Western/Country Cupboard
7701 W. Branch Hwy.
Lewisburg, PA 17837

Registration starts at 4 p.m. Friday - Saturday 3 p.m.

Susquehanna Conference United Methodist Women invite all of the women of the conference to a Women's Retreat. Our special guest presenters are Friends of the Heart. Our subject is, "If Our Closets Could Talk." A retreat that all women can identify with - clothes! You'll peek into your life's closet and see what's in there. What doesn't fit? What should we give away? What should we pitch?

Make new friends and greet old friends at the Best Western/Country Cupboard on March 24-25, 2017 as we explore our closets.

For more details and the registration form, please CLICK HERE.

Deadline for registration is March 1.

"HON," WILL YOU JOIN ME?

What is HON?

While at Wesley Forest, attending our third annual All Church Retreat, we learned of a need. The mattresses in the two lodges need to be replaced. The lodge is where the nurses reside during summer camps, giving freely of their nursing skills and time.

So, to Honor Our Nurses, we are beginning a campaign to raise funds to replace the mattresses. Each mattress will cost $130. Half a lodge will cost $1,560 to replace mattresses or a whole lodge will be $3,120.

Checks may be made payable to Susquehanna Conference.
Please write "HON" in the memo.

A Saint John's-Newberry member, Kim Davis, was a nurse at camp for 21 years. We are sure many other churches have dedicated nurses whom they could honor as well.

Checks should be mailed to:
Wesley Forest
PO Box 35
Weikert, PA  17885

Many thanks to all who choose to join me in Honoring our Nurses (HON)!

Nancy Jacobs
